fter graduating from St. Marks’ Sr. Sec. Public School in 2014, I was not very sure about my career path. However, after my admission to the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), I developed a strong interest in food science and food technology. It was during my time at NIFTEM that I developed a passion for bakery and the science behind it. After graduating from NIFTEM, I worked with Tata Trusts at the district level. This experience gave me valuable insights into the challenges faced by small businesses in India. It also made me realize my passion for starting my own business. The Bakke Maison was founded with the vision of developing new recipes that are healthy, yet tasty and resonate well with people. We are committed to serving freshly baked products made with genuine and good quality ingredients. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy delicious and nutritious food, and we are passionate about creating a bakery that is both sustainable and profitable.
